A 502,410 square-foot office tower, One BriarLake Plaza is designed and built to the highest Class A+ standards. Large floor plates average 25,400 rentable square feet and offer an efficient center core configuration. The building’s cantilevered corners provide eight corner offices with floor-to-ceiling glass.

LEED Gold certified and recipient of the Energy Star Award since 2004, One BriarLake Plaza offers outstanding energy efficiency and secure access, including a toll-tag parking gate system for tenants.

Two BriarLake Plaza is a 333,100 rentable square-foot office tower with 12 floors of office space above a seven-story parking garage. Like One BriarLake Plaza, it is designed and built to the highest Class A+ standards and features unsurpassed fixtures and finishes. Each floorplate offers 26,722 rentable square feet. Cantilevered corners provide eight corner offices with floor-to-ceiling glass.
